1. Purpose of the Service

Glinh.com acts as a specialized intermediary in the management and coordination of medical, surgical, dental, aesthetic, and wellness services for national and international patients.
We are not a medical center, nor do we directly perform clinical procedures. Treatments are performed by accredited physicians and clinics under their own professional responsibility.

2. Scope of Service

Our work consists of:

Managing personalized medical quotes.

Coordinating appointments, treatments, accommodations, and transportation.

Facilitating communication between the patient, clinic, and medical team.

Providing follow-up and assistance throughout the medical travel process.

Glinh.com does not guarantee specific medical results, as these depend on individual clinical factors and the performance of the healthcare professionals responsible for the treatment.

3. Payment Terms, Reservations, and Refunds

3.1 Quote Reservation

The reservation amount paid for the preparation of a medical and logistics quote is non-refundable, as it covers the administrative, coordination, and professional management costs incurred in the prior phase.

3.2 Partial Refunds

If the patient decides not to proceed with services upon arrival at the destination, 70% of the amount paid will be refunded, less the administrative, management, and coordination costs incurred.

If the patient is not accepted by the medical team or is rejected for health reasons or medical contraindications, a 70% refund of the amount paid will also be applied.

3.3 Medical Adjustments and Payment Arrangements

If during the evaluation or follow-up, the patient requires additional care, new procedures, or complementary services, the following may be applied:

Cancellations must be notified in writing to [booking@glinh.com] at least 7 business days in advance.
Cancellations made after this time may incur additional costs, depending on commitments made with clinics, accommodations, or logistics providers.

3.5 Payment Methods

Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or secure digital platforms.
Transactions are made in USD, and receipts are issued electronically.

4. Responsibilities

The company acts solely as a coordinator between the patient and medical providers.

Medical procedures, diagnoses, and results are the sole responsibility of the healthcare professionals who perform them.

The patient is responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information.

In the event of complications, Glinh.com guarantees immediate medical support and coordination, without replacing the clinical practice of a specialist.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, and documents, belongs to Glinh.com and is protected by national and international intellectual property laws.
Reproduction in whole or in part without express written permission is prohibited.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Glinh.com complies with:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
