The information we may request includes full name, country of residence, contact number, email address, relevant medical information, and travel preferences.

The information is used exclusively to provide safe, personalized, and efficient medical care.
It will not be used for commercial purposes unrelated to the contracted service, nor will it be shared with unauthorized third parties.

3. Protection and Confidentiality

We adopt technical, administrative, and digital security measures to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of personal and medical data.
Only authorized medical and administrative personnel have access to this information, under strict confidentiality agreements in accordance with Law 172-13 and HIPAA.

4. Data Assignment and Transfer

We may share some of this information with:

Clinics, hospitals, and associated physicians for the proper provision of services.

Medical and nursing staff contracted for care and follow-up.

Transportation or lodging providers, only when necessary.

All data recipients agree to comply with the same protection and confidentiality standards as our company, in accordance with current legislation.
